Project Outline

This is a solo and collaborative project completed as part of the https://www.uxdesigninstitute.com/courses/product-design. This case study showcases a UX project completed between Nov 2024 and Jun 2025.

🎯 Project Goal

Create a new airline platform that stands out in the market with a mobile app that streamlines the user experience, providing a seamless and intuitive booking process.

Product and Use Case

Booking process on a new airline mobile app ✈️📱

  1. Searching for a location, dates, number of passengers
  2. Choosing a flight fare, price, extras, proceed to booking summary

🧩 Challenge

As the UX designer and researcher on this project, my role is to design a booking process that is comfortable for users while avoiding common issues found in other flight booking apps by introducing innovative design solutions.
